Radio Chthulucene 87.9 FM

PAPRIKA! is the name of the newest computer cluster that lives within Mandeville. Paprika was built in Winter 2024 by myself and Cassie Halaszynski for Vis 198 under Brett Stalbaum. The purpose of the project was to create a computer cluster much more powerful than the others within that building. The build consists of four of Trycoo’s HA-3 Mini Gaming PCs’ along with four enormous 1080p displays.

.–. .- .–. .-. .. -.- .- is the Morse Code “paprika”. The installation is minimal. “.–. .- .–. .-. .. -.- .-” sits besides the supercomputer of the same name within Mandeville B114. The project is minimal as it is an accessory to the cluster and its identity.
