Radio Chthulucene 87.9 FM

For VIS 147A, I built a radio that would play some random noises. The first riff I picked was a joke. It’s the riff to smoke on the water which is a song that most people play when they first learn guitar. Very overplayed rock song. I thought this would tie in nicely with the Che Cafe (where the radio can be found) as it is a very punk space with a lot of rock and indie shows. I thought people who would tune into the radio and are usually in the space would find it funny or familiar. The second and third sounds I play are to fit the name of the project. It’s all random and I think it captures the essence of the words “beep boop”.
